Once field audits are approved, the results can be analyzed in FranchiseBlast with various analytical tools to help you dig out some actionable insights.  From the main field audit area at Collaboration--> Field Audits, we can choose to view Planned, Started, Completed, Approved or Refused field audits. We'll select Approved because audits only approved audits are currently included in your analytics.





As soon as an a field audit is approved, it will start appearing in field audit analytics. If we'd like to view analytics for a specific location we can go to Collaboration > Field Audits from the left most main navigation menu.  We can select Approved to view the audits that are currently included in field audit analytics.


Note, that within this screen, you can quickly see how many tasks are associated with the action plan, in the column to the right marked Action Plan. This is a fast way to see how many tasks have been completed.  Learn more about action plans here.

Analyzing Franchisee Performance


From the main field audits area we can use the Franchisee Performance tab to view analytics for individual locations.  You'll find reports in there to be able to see how a location compares to your system wide statistics. You can also see some breakdowns per year to compare this location to itself in previous years amongst other reporting tools to analyze a location's performance.


Analyzing Multi-Location Field Audits Performance


The Global Performance report that can be found in the main field audits area is a very powerful high level field audit reporting tool in FranchiseBlast.  From this report it is possible to compile thousands of audits into a single report to analyze their performance for multiple locations.  Easily discover the questions that need improvement across groups of locations with a heat map or drilldown into the specifics of each question with detailed statistics and answers for each question of a questionnaire.
