Audit Completion

The Field Audit Actvities Insights report template offers an actionable overview of the completion of field audit activities for territories within your organization. It lets you:

Scheduling Coaching Activities

A common use for this column is to review the planning of coaching activities and schedule follow-up visits when the last one failed to comply to standards. You can simply use the calendar button to schedule a new coaching activity in a location without leaving the report.


Filtering Audit Completion Results



By clicking on the filtersbutton on the top of any audit completion column as shown above, you'll be able to filter the report only to show locations with a particular coaching activities status. This is useful to quickly review all locations where the last visits failed to comply to your organization's standards within a given period for instance.


Audit Average 

The Audit Average column is where you can analyze the average score of all the coaching activities done by a location for any given period in the report. It also shows the average score of all the field audit activities done for all the locations within a store group.




Filtering Audit Average Results

Some organizations like to separate audits and various checklists in different questionnaires to be able to benchmark the performance of a location or store group store group for a specific questionnaire such as Sales or Loyalty. A powerful feature of the field audits activities report is the ability to filter an audit average column by questionnaire. This can be done by clicking on the filtersbutton at the top of the column and picking a questionnaire from the filter by questionnaire section of the filters.


You can add multiple audit average columns to the report and filter them with different questionnaires to benchmark the performance of different questionnaires side by side for example.


Unresolved Tasks

The Unresolved Tasks column displays the count of tasks of critical severity that haven't been resolved for each store group and location that you have access to. It helps you discover territories or locations that have too many unresolved tasks and act to get them resolved.


By clicking on an unresolved tasks cell of a location or store group in the report, you'll be redirected to a list of all of the tasks for that store group or location. From here, you can add comments to nudge the task assignee to complete it or ask to get feedback on its status.
