General Setup

There could be several reasons why a person wouldn't be receiving notifications for field audits.  Here's what should be verified in order to troubleshoot why a person isn't receiving field audit notifications properly.

  1. Make sure the person has access to the location the notification is generated for.
  2. Make sure the person is part of a team that gets notified for the notification in Administration > Notifications.
  3. Make sure the person doesn't have a filter in his account preferences preventing to receive the notification e.g. questionnaire filter preference.

The Field Audit Needs to be Approved First

If a franchisee has not received notification, more than likely it is because the audit has not yet been approved by the auditor manager.



You can check the status of the audit by going to Collaboration > Field Audits. To make it easier to find your audit, you can filter by your name. Choose the Approved button to see if your audit is in the list. 




E-Mail Troubleshooting

Is it in your SPAM mailbox? 

Check your SPAM mailbox, in case the notifications are going there. You may also want to check if there are any filters or mailbox rules on your account. 


Is FranchiseBlast blocked? 

Still haven't received it? Perhaps your IT department has not white listed FranchiseBlast and your emails are being blocked by a spam filter.  Are you receiving any other emails from FranchiseBlast?  If you aren't, that's a symptom of FranchiseBlast emails being filtered by your company's spam filter. Contact your IT department/administrator to verify there is no issues in that area.
