Here is the process to add pictures to an existing field audit questionnaire:
1) You will need to save the file to a location to allow it to be linked to the questionnaire. We recommend using the document repository for this purpose, located under Collaboration>Documents.
2) Upload your image in the document repository by selecting the manage button at the top right
3) Select the folder or create a new one to upload the image to. Once in the folder, please select the upload button at the bottom right corner to add your image
4) Once your image has been uploaded, please select this icon to copy the link that you will insert in the question
5) To add the image to your questionnaire, please go to collaboration>field audits and select the questionnaire button at the top right corner
5) On the next screen, please select the audit questionnaire that you would like to modify
6) You will now be in the questionnaire editor. Please select this icon beside the question that you want to modify
7) On the next screen, please open up the "options" section and paste the link into the documentation window. Please don't forget to save.
Once this has been done, you will now see the image under information for the question
