Franchisors are seeing more and more value from creating photo reports. A picture says a thousand words, and using photos can be a powerful way to calibrate auditors, or check cross-brand food safety standards.
To get started, go to Collaboration --> Field Audits --> Global Performance
Select a questionnaire.
Once in the questionnaire, you can proceed from the question, or from the questionnaire as a whole.
From the Question
Click on the relevant question until it expands. Then click on the picture icon on the top right.
You can then see your pictures ordered by area manager, district manager, franchisee and more.
Once clicked, you can see picture details as shown below.
From the Questionnaire
As an option, you can select the questionnaire as a whole. Click the picture icon on the top right.
The steps will then follow in the same way as the question method above.
