Is your audit area becoming cluttered? Once an audit has been archived, it will no longer be visible on the list of audits to choose from when an auditor starts an audit. We do not have the ability to delete audits as they are kept for historical purposes.
Archiving Audits
Go to collaboration --> Field audit then choose Questionnaire at the top right.
Select Audit
On the next screen, you will see all of the questionnaires. Simply choose the one you need to archive then select the options icon at the top right and choose archive.
Archive Audit
Click the dots on the top right, then, click "archive".
After archiving, you will see "Now Archived" appear at the top.
Unarchiving Audits
Archived audits can always be set back to active if required. After selecting the audit (see select audit screen above), go to Unarchive.
Now the audit will be made available for people to use.
