To export a questionnaire as a PDF, first bring it up by going to Collaboration>Field Audits then select Questionnaire.
This option is only available to auditor managers.
From the list, select the questionnaire that you would like to export.
On the next screen, at the top right corner, select “Read-Only Version”
You will now be presented with the questionnaire as a report. Simply right-click and choose print.
You may need to change the destination from your default printer to PDF.
Now all you need to do is click save and choose a destination where you want to save the file to.
