Making a Copy of a Questionnaire Template Print

To make a duplicate of an existing questionnaire, go to Collaboration>Field Audits then select Questionnaires

From the list of questionnaires, select the one that you would like to duplicate.

If the audit questionnaire has been previously answered, choose the Edit Anyways button to edit your questionnaire.

The questionnaire will now be in edit mode. Choose the Duplicate button at the top right of the screen

You will receive a message at the bottom of the screen informing you that you are now working with the duplicated copy of the questionnaire.

Choose save at the bottom right when you have completed your updates.
