In desktop view

Field audits can be cancelled in bulk from Collaboration > Field Audits in the desktop web application.  Self-Assessments can be cancelled from Collaboration > Self Assessments. 

Simply select the field audits you wish to cancel from the main store audits list and cancel them using the header selection action dropdown as shown in the illustration above.

To cancel a field audit or self-assessment from the field audit editor, please select: collaboration>field audits or similarly, collaboration>self-assessments.  

Open up the field audit page.  From the list of audits, select the audit that you would like to cancel.  

At the top of the page, choose action then select cancel audit.

In mobile view

You can also cancel the audit in the mobile view. Go to a store in mobile and in the started or scheduled audit widget, you can cancel it by clicking the "..." button first and click the cancel button.

Troubleshooting

If the option to cancel is not available, please ensure that the auditor, stores to audit and questionnaire fields are not empty. If they are, just add something in there and save. Once you're saved, exit the audit and go back in and you should see the option to cancel.
