If you cannot see tasks, please check the visibility setting. If it's set to "Private", this implies that it can only be viewed by the creator and the assignee. 


If the visibility is set to Public, then everyone can view it. If it's set to Franchisor Staff, anybody with this access can view it; Franchisees cannot see the task on this setting.
