You can log in to FranchiseBlast by visiting [your brand].franchiseblast.com in your web browser.


When you first log in you'll see a reporting dashboard. If you're new to FranchiseBlast there probably won't be a lot of information here yet. We can customize dashboards for you as more data becomes available in the system. 


Select Collaboration and then Field Audits from the menu on the left side of the screen.





Click on the green "+" on the bottom right to launch a new audit.

When I click on this button at the bottom of the left navigation pane, I'll see a list of all the stores in my territory. 


This page is mobile friendly and can be loaded on any device including an iPhone, Android device, tablet or a computer.


If there is already an audit scheduled for me at this location, it will be indicated on the right.



You can start an audit from here even if there isn't one already scheduled. I just select the location that I want to review.



Here we see some high level statistics. We can see how many audits we've conducted at this location, the average audit score at this location, and how that compares against the system wide average. 


You'll also find the store address and phone number. 


Next we'll select the Launch a New Field Audit button and then we'll select a questionnaire that we want to complete and then Launch a New Field Audit:



This will bring us right into the audit:



On the top of the page you'll notice a button that says See past results. Selecting that option will show us the results from the last time this audit was completed:



We can see that guests weren't being welcomed when they entered the restaurant so we'll be sure to keep an eye on that. 


Let's start completing the audit!



We can select Yes, No, or N/A for the questions shown here. 


When we select no, we're prompted to leave a comment or explanation. We can also attach a photo to any answer by selecting the camera button.


Some questions will require that some sort of action be taken to correct the problem. For this we can create a task by selecting the menu icon beside every question and then using the Create Task button.



We can give the task a due date and assign it to the appropriate person or department or to yourself so that you're reminded about it and you can follow up on it later on:




Once we've done that we'll save it by hitting the Create Task button.


When we've completed all of the questions in the audit we'll hit the Submit button. Once submitted you can't make any changes to the audit. 


After the audit has been submitted typically the auditor manager will receive an email letting them know that there is a new audit in the system awaiting their approval. We can also set this up so that audits are automatically approved.


At this point we have a read-only version of the audit that we can review with the Franchisee but the Audit and the Tasks are still awaiting approval.
