FranchiseBlast is a great tool for accessing information about your franchise including:
- Forms
- Procedures
- Brand materials such as logos
Your franchisor has the flexibility to provide you with all of the resources that you need. If you are an administrator looking to upload or manage documents, check out Uploading and Managing Documents.
To get started, go to Collaboration > Documents.
You will then see folders that contain the documents that you can look at. Imagine that I am looking to enhance cleaning procedure at my franchise. There are two ways I can find the required document.
- Type Cleaning in the search bar at the top. The document will then appear.
- If I know where the document is located, you can navigate to Operations Manual > Cleaning Procedures.
The document will then either begin downloading or appear in your browser viewer. This will happen for many document types including .docx, .mp3 etc. You can see notes on other file types below.
PDFs
Some PDF viewers may require you to click on a download button, as indicated with the downward arrow.
Video
You can play video files within the browser. To play it, click on the arrow button to the left.
Image Files
The image files will appear in your browser window. To download it right-click and select Save Image As...
