Collaboration Widgets help you see news, tasks, documents and other important communication and collaboration elements right upon login. To see how to add Insights and Performance widgets to your dashboard, see Getting Started with User Dashboards.
Latest Documents
This widget helps display the most recent documents added to the Document Repository. This is a good widget to add to the franchise dashboard so they can see what you, as a franchisor, are posting for them.
Click Add to get started.
Click on the Document name or icon to download, and use the arrows to navigate. The total documents will be displayed on the top right.
News
News helps you share important information with your team and franchisees, including images and links.
Click Add to get started.
Click on the news item to see more details. Use the bar on the right, or the arrows at the bottom to navigate. The total news items is displayed at the top.
Tasks
Tasks is a way for your team or franchisees to see their own tasks upon login. This is a reminder to finish tasks that are important to the business. To gets started, click Add.
On this dashboard, you can see:
- Priority of the task.
- The name of the task itself.
- The Store Identification Number (ID) that the task is relevant to.
- The due date.
Click on the task to see details.
Task Summary Per Store
The Task Summary Per Store helps you see how many tasks you have for each store across the network, or within a group. To get started, choose the Store Group. If you want to look at the network as a whole, look at the option with the star then click Add.
The task summary per store will then display:
- The Store ID and the Store Name.
- # of Tasks, reflecting the sum of overall tasks open at the store.
- Overdue tasks showing the sum of overdue tasks at the store.
- The Percent overdue is display on the top right.
Click on the task to go to a complete listing.
