Store Key Weaknesses

Store Key Weaknesses help you understand the greatest place for improvement for a franchise, and how it is performing against the network as a whole in that area. 


To get started, select: 

  • Store 
  • Period

Then click Add at the top. 



It will then display the stores top weaknesses along with severity and the actual value compared to the average value across the network. The value in red represents the difference between the franchise and the network. If the trend is positive compared to the network, the value appears in green. 



Store Key Performance Metric Leaderboard

The Store Key Performance Metric Leaderboard helps you understand which franchisees in your organization is excelling on metrics important to the organization, and who is struggling. To get started, select the following: 

  • Store 
  • Key Performance Metric 
  • Store Group - to select the whole network, select the option with the star
  • Period

Then click on Add on the top right.

You will then see the Top 5 values and the Bottom 5 values, with their rank on the left, and their value on the right. 


If you want to see more than just the top and bottom of the group, you can click on this icon and download the entire list along with the values for each store. 


Store Group Key Performance Metric 

The Store Group Key Performance Metric helps you see, at a glance, how a specific store group is performing in terms of an important performance measure to the organization. To get started, select the following: 

  • Store Group 
  • Key Performance Metric 
  • Benchmark Against:
    • Store Group's Previous Period: This is a comparison of the period immediately before. For example, if you are looking at May's data of 2020, this will compare it to April of 2020. 
    • Store Group's Previous Year: This is a Year-Over-Year comparison of the time period. For example, if you are looking at May's data of 2020, this will compare it to May of 2019. 
  • Period

Then click Add on the top right. 



You can then see the relevant information and trends. 


 If you want to drill down on the results of individual stores, you can click on this icon. This helps you understand how each store is contributing to the metric.  



Store Key Performance Metric

The Store Key Performance Metric shows how a specific store is performing on a metric that is important to the organization. To get started, select the following: 

  • Store
  • Key Performance Metric 
  • Benchmark Against:
    • Store Group's Previous Period: This is a comparison of the period immediately before. For example, if you are looking at May's data of 2020, this will compare it to April of 2020. 
    • Store Group's Previous Year: This is a Year-Over-Year comparison of the time period. For example, if you are looking at May's data of 2020, this will compare it to May of 2019. 
  • Period


Then click Add on the top right. 


You can then see the relevant information and trends. 



Key Performance Metric Time Series for a Store


They Key Performance Metric Time Series for a Store helps you track a key performance measure over time for a store and benchmark it. To get started, select the following: 

  • Store
  • Key Performance Metric 
  • Benchmark Against:
    • No Benchmark 
    • Store: This is if you want to benchmark stores against each other, such as two in the same or similar regions, or two in the same training group. 
    • Store's Previous Period: This is a comparison of the period immediately before. For example, if you are looking at May's data of 2020, this will compare it to April of 2020. 
    • Store's Previous Year: This is a Year-Over-Year comparison of the time period. For example, if you are looking at May's data of 2020, this will compare it to May of 2019. 
    • Store Group: If you want to select the entire network, use the option with the star. 
  • Period



You can then see the relevant information. If you hover over the line, you can see details on the result. 


Key Performance Metric Time Series for a Store Group


They Key Performance Metric Time Series for a Store Group helps you track a key performance measure over time for a group and benchmark it. To get started, select the following: 

  • Store
  • Key Performance Metric 
  • Benchmark Against:
    • No Benchmark 
    • Store Group: If you want to select the entire network, use the option with the star. 
    • Store's Previous Period: This is a comparison of the period immediately before. For example, if you are looking at May's data of 2020, this will compare it to April of 2020. 
    • Store's Previous Year: This is a Year-Over-Year comparison of the time period. For example, if you are looking at May's data of 2020, this will compare it to May of 2019.
  • Period

Then click Add on the top right. 


You can then see the relevant information. If you hover over the line, you can see details on the result. 



Click on this icon to download in Excel, how each store's metric contributes to the number, in both the store group on the first tab, and the benchmark on the second tab. 


Net Promoter Score per Store Group

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) per Store Group helps you track this group metric over time and benchmark it. It is a bit different from the regular Key Performance Metric report, since it gives you details on the Promoters and Detractors, which are important to the NPS calculation. To get started, select the following: 

  • Store Group
  • Key Performance Metric: This will already be filled in as Net Promoter Score, if you track it in your dashboard.  
  • Benchmark Against:
    • No Benchmark 
    • Store Group: If you want to select the entire network, use the option with the star. 
    • Store's Previous Period: This is a comparison of the period immediately before. For example, if you are looking at May's data of 2020, this will compare it to April of 2020. 
    • Store's Previous Year: This is a Year-Over-Year comparison of the time period. For example, if you are looking at May's data of 2020, this will compare it to May of 2019.
  • Period

Then click Add on the top right. 


In the results you can see the NPS Calculation, the trend in promoters, the trend in detractors and the overall trend compared to the benchmark.



Net Promoter Score per Store

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) per Store helps you track this group metric over time and benchmark it. It is a bit different from the regular Key Performance Metric report, since it gives you details on the Promoters and Detractors, which are important to the NPS calculation. To get started, select the following: 

  • Store 
  • Key Performance Metric: This will already be filled in as Net Promoter Score, if you track it in your dashboard.  
  • Benchmark Against:
    • No Benchmark 
    • Store: If you want to compare two stores against eachother, such as those in the same or similar regions
    • Store's Previous Period: This is a comparison of the period immediately before. For example, if you are looking at May's data of 2020, this will compare it to April of 2020. 
    • Store's Previous Year: This is a Year-Over-Year comparison of the time period. For example, if you are looking at May's data of 2020, this will compare it to May of 2019.
    • Store Group: Select the option with the star to get the whole network. 
  • Period



In the results you can see the NPS Calculation, the trend in promoters, the trend in detractors and the overall trend compared to the benchmark.
