Field Audit widgets help you see quickly information on audits in your franchise. To see how to add Field Audit  widgets to your dashboard, see Getting Started with User Dashboards


Audits

The audits widget allows you to see a summary of all audits along with some key details such as score, date, franchise and the audit questionnaire.. 



Click on the square with a arrow to see the details on the audit. You can also scroll through the audits by clicking on the arrow on the bottom. 


Field Audit Scores

The Field Audit Scores widget is a bar graph that allows you to see field audit scores over time, helping you see trends in audit performance overall. It has dates on the x axis and Score % on the y axis. If you hover over the columns, you can see important details such as the franchise, date and audit score. 


To resize the audit, expand one of the corners.


Field Audit Scores Per Month 

Field Audit Scores Per Month helps you see the score and the count, by month. With Months on the x axis, and the y axis on the right showing Score % and the y axis on the right showing Audit Count. In the chart, the bars reflect the audit count, and the line reflects the score. This comprehensive report helps you understand scores, while keeping track of the count over time, helping you understand if you are looking at a representative sample or not when seeing average scores. 


To get started, click Add.  You will then see the below displayed on your dashboard. 


Field Audit Passed


Field Audit Passed allows you to see the percent of field audits that have been passed for a specific period. 



To get started, enter in the following:

  • Store group (use the one with the star beside your organization name to use all stores) 
  • Questionnaire 
  • Period  
  • Minimum score (if you want to remove extreme cases) 

Then click Add on the top right.


You can then see the percent passed for the relevant selections along with the trend over the previous period. This can show if audit performance is going up or down for any given group. 


Average Audit Score in Period 


This report helps you see how franchisees are performing on their audits at a glance. To get started, select: 

  • Store group (use the one with the star beside your organization name to use all stores) 
  • Questionnaire 
  • Period  

Then click Add on the top right.



You will then see the score, along with the trend compared to the previous year. 



Audit Count in Period 

This report helps you understand the number of audits that have been completed at any given time, to ensure that the volume is adequate for your compliance program.  

To get started, select: 

  • Store group (use the one with the star beside your organization name to use all stores) 
  • Questionnaire 
  • Period  

Then click Add on the top right. 


You can then see the count on the audit along with the trend compared to the previous year so you can see if there is an increase or decrease. 


Audit Score Average Per Store Group


The Audit Score Average helps you compare the performance of store groups on audit scores. For example, you can see how one region is performing against another, to see if any regional support or training needs to take place. To get started, choose: 

  • Store group dimension - determining the groups that you want to compare against each other. 
  • Questionnaire 
  • Period 

Then choose Add in the top right.


The widget then displays the average, on the left, and the count, on the right associated with the region, period and questionnaire for each dimension.



To download the results in Excel form, click the icon displayed here. 



Audits Score Average Per Auditor

Audits Score Average Per Auditor can help you determine how similar or different audits are across auditors. This could show regional differences, or a need for calibration. 


To get started, select: 

  • Store group 
  • Questionnaire 
  • Team 
  • Period 

Then click Add on the top right. 



The widget then displays the average, on the left, and the count, on the right associated with the auditor, period and questionnaire for each individual.

Best Audit Questions AND Audit Questions to Improve

The widgets Best Audit Questions and Audit Questions to Improve are great widgets for the following purposes: 

  • For franchisors to see how the system is performing as a whole on specific questions.   
  • For franchisees to see where they can enhance their operations. 


Best Audit Questions shows the ones that are performing the best, and the Questions to Improve show the ones that are performing the worst. Both reports work in the same way. 


To get started choose the following: 

  • Store group - choose the name with the star for the whole organization.
  • Store - this is optional, if you want to do this analysis on the group or organizational level, leave this option blank. 
  • Questionnaire 
  • Period 

Then click Add on the top right. 



The widget then displays the average, on the left, and the count, on the right. Below, we are showing two versions of the same widget. The store version, for the Ottawa Demo Store and the overall version, for the entire system. 


To download the Excel version of the report, click on the icon on the left. To download the CSV version of the report, click the icon to the right.


Best Audit Sections AND Audit Sections to Improve


The widgets Best Audit Section and Audit Sections to Improve help you understand how units are performing on different sections. Many audits have well over 100 questions, so looking at results from a bigger picture can help support franchisees better. 


To get started select: 

  • Store group - choose the name with the star for the whole organization.
  • Store - this is optional, if you want to do this analysis on the group or organizational level, leave this option blank. 
  • Questionnaire 
  • Level - Top Level will give you the more broad version of sections, and All Levels will give you more granular versions, or a view of the subsections. See the screens with the results for more information. 
  • Period 




The widget then displays the average, on the left, and the count, on the right. Below, you can see a summary of the best audit section, with Top Level and All Levels for the same questionnaires. Cleanliness is a broad section that is performing at 93.6%. When you look into All Levels, you can see that the Exterior, a subsection of Cleanliness is actually performing at 100%. 




To download the Excel version of the report, click on the icon on the left. To download the CSV version of the report, click the icon to the right.

Best Performing Stores in Audits AND Stores to Improve in Audits

The Best Performing Stores and Stores to Improve in Audits are ways to see the strongest and the weakest members of your system. To get started, select: 

  • Store group - select the one with the star for the entire organization
  • Questionnaire 
  • Period 

Then click on Add on the top right. 



The widget then displays the average, on the left, and the count, on the right. Below, you can see the Stores to Improve and the Best Stores beside each other, which may help lead to some connections in terms of patterns and how to support franchisees who are struggling, and celebrate the ones that are excelling. 



To download the Excel version of the report, click on the icon on the left. To download the CSV version of the report, click the icon to the right.
