There are a few e-mails related to polls to both to the franchisees answering the polls, and to the people managing them. Here is a quick overview of those e-mails, what triggers them and what they look like. 

Poll Notification E-Mails 

Poll Notification E-Mails go to franchisees or their team members depending on how you set the poll up when you set up the poll. People answering the polls do not need to login to fill in the poll related to these e-mails. Note that the name associated with the account is put after "Hi", and these e-mails are branded with your logo. 

Poll Summary E-Mails 

The poll summary e-mail goes out once, at the poll close date to the person who initiated the poll. It gives a summary of the poll results, response rate and shows you who did not respond to the poll. 

Digest E-Mails 

The Digest e-mail, which can go out on a daily or weekly basis depending on your preferences 

Active Polls gives you a regular snapshot on polls as part of the content, their status and the response rate. 

My Pending Polls gives an opportunity to see all of the polls outstanding for the individual user.
