Now that a poll has been completed, you may want to check the results of the poll. This area gives you detailed information on who has answered a poll and who has not, and allows you control over key functions within the poll. 


To begin, go to Collaboration > Polls > Click on the Relevant Poll > Click on the Results Tab



On this screen, you can see the following: 

  • State: whether the poll is requested, not requested, started or completed. 
  • Store, Date and Rate of Completeness 
  • Questionnaire
  • Last Request Sent 

So this gives you the information that you need to check on the status of a poll. 


If you have a long list of stores, you can easily search by Store ID, State or City using the search box at the top left. 



On the far right column, there is a [...] which allows more options, depending on the state of the poll. 


Notifying Individual Teams About a Poll 

Sometimes there is a need to remind individuals at a franchise about a poll. In this case, you want to notify now.


The system allows you the flexibility to select who you want to notify exactly. For example, there is some information that you would want the franchisee to hear, which would not be appropriate for the staff. 


If it is fine to notify everyone, chose the All teams checkbox.  If not, you can select the specific team from the dropdown. Is the user group you are looking for not in a team? They are flexible to suit your needs. Check out the Managing Teams section. You can also add an optional message with your notification. 



Changing Results of a Poll


If for any reason you need to change the results of a poll, first click on the [...] to the right, and an menu will appear. Then, click on Make editable



The poll will then revert to the Started status. Click on the [...] again, and click on Edit result



Edit the result as needed. For example, for this question, we edited the result from Yes to No. 



Then resubmit the poll by clicking on the green Submit button. 



Deleting Results of a Poll



If the poll has been completed, you have the option to make it editable, delete it or export the results to Excel or CSV. 


Stop Sending Poll Requests


Franchisees will be reminded of the poll as long as they have not answered. If you want to stop reminding the franchisee of the poll, click on the [...] next to the relevant store. Click on Stop Polling.  You can learn more about this process at the Adding and Removing Locations article


Exporting Poll Results to Excel or CSV


Organizational Results 

You can export organizational results on the top left of the screen. 

Export All Results for All Locations to Excel allows you to export both the summary and individual results to an excel file. 

Export All Results for All Locations to CSV allows you to export both the summary and individual results to a CSV file, similar to the above.

Export Progress Report to Excel allows you to see both a summary of percentage of response by group. You can also see individual responses, with links, facilitating sending links to individual franchisees, if they ask for it. 


Individual Results 


You can export individual poll results by clicking on the [...] next to the individual result when it is in the Completed status. The file will then be downloaded within your browser.
