When your FranchiseBlast account was created, a Welcome Email was likely sent to you. This email contains your FranchiseBlast Username, Password, and URL.


 

 

 

If you can’t find the Welcome Email, then search your inbox and spam folder. If you are still unable to find the Welcome Email, then use the Forgotten Password functionality available to you. For this, you’ll need to know the FranchiseBlast URL that is unique to your organization. For example, if you work for ABC Franchise, then the URL for your organization would be abcfranchise.franchiseblast.com

  

Whether you are using a computer, laptop, smart phone, or tablet, FranchiseBlast is always accessed from your web browser, such as Safari or Google Chrome (Google Chrome is recommended). There is no app to download. Simply enter your organization’s FranchiseBlast URL into the browser of any device.


 

 

Once at the login page, enter the password provided in your Welcome Email or select I have forgotten my password to have a new Password sent to you. Your Username is typically the primary email address you use for work.

 

 

 

Once logged in, it’s a good idea to change your Password to something you’ll remember. For this, select your name from the top right corner and chose the Settings icon. Then use the Change Password section to update your password.
