If you would like to create a new Store and a new User account in FranchiseBlast, you can submit a request by following these steps.



Go to Administration>Create New Franchisee then click the plus sign at the top right corner.


On the next screen, please choose one of those two options:

  1. Create a new franchise location only: if you'd simply like to add the new locations without inviting any new user.  
  2. Create both a new user and a new franchisee location: if you'd like to invite a new franchisee user for this location at the same time.  To expedite the process, please choose the correct user type.  Depending on what is chosen, the account will be assigned different levels of access in FranchiseBlast. Under Franchise location, you can choose the drop down list to select the store that you would like the account to have access to.


Mandatory Fields

If you would like to add any existing store groups, please add it in the "include in franchise group and:" field. Tip: If you're unsure of the exact name of the store group, just type in a keyword and a drop down list should populate to help you find the correct one. 


Please note that in the address section, there are mandatory fields: Address, City, Postal/Zip Code and Telephone. If you do not have this information at this time, please use TBD so that you can submit your request.



Once your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to FranchiseBlast.
