Once an tasks are created, you can track their progress in various reports and dashboard widgets within FranchiseBlast.  There are a couple of methods to keep track on the status of tasks. 


Under Collaboration > Tasks, you can use the filter to view the status of the task, the user it was assigned to and the specific store. 



Keeping Track of Other People's Tasks by Email Notification

In addition, in the daily digest settings, you can keep track of any overdue tasks by specifying it in under the user preferences.




Store Task Completion & Overall Task Completion Reports



The Overall Completion Report and Store Completion Report provide an overview of task statuses and completion rates.


Store Task Summary Dashboard Widget


In addition to viewing the tasks page, you can add a task summary break-down to your main dashboard. This shows the pending and overdue tasks for each of the locations you own or manage. To add this, select Dashboard from the main navigation menu on the left.  Now select the blue icon to the bottom right of your screen. Select Add Widgets.  Search “tasks” and select Store Task Summary.



If the blue icon is greyed-out, then create a new dashboard using the green icon to the left. The center icon allows you to switch between multiple dashboards.

To see manage field audit tasks, select Tasks under Collaboration.  Then filter the task type to only show the tasks of audit type.


Keeping Track of Tasks for a Location



From Stores > Stores in the left navigation menu, the Tasks tab shows an overview of tasks for this location.
