Once a Project is launched, you can track its progress not only in the Project application but also in various reports and dashboard widgets within FranchiseBlast.


Store Task Completion & Overall Task Completion Reports


The “Overall Completion Report” and “Store Completion Report” provides an overview of task statuses and completion rates.


Store Task Summary Dashboard Widget


In addition to viewing the tasks page, you can add a task summary break-down to your main dashboard. This shows the pending and overdue tasks for each of the locations you own or manage. To add this, select “Dashboard” from the main navigation menu on the left. Now select the blue icon to the bottom right of your screen. Select “+ Add Widgets”. Search “tasks” and select “Store Task Summary”.



If the blue icon is greyed-out, then create a new dashboard using the green icon to the left. The center icon allows you to switch between multiple dashboards.



The store management area shows a history of Projects for a location.
