If you've completed self-assessments and would like to view the analytics, please follow these steps:


In desktop view, please go to Collaboration>Field Audits and select the global performance tab. From there, please open up the data filters section where you will see several filters such as the questionnaire used in the assessment, date range and the store. 


To ensure that you are only seeing that data for your self-assessment, please ensure that you select "franchisees (self assessment)" under the answered by field. 




Once the report has been generated, you will see the same type of analytics that you will normally see for audits performed by your auditor. In here, you will see the heat map at the top, the number of times the question has been answered and also detailed information on how each of the questions was answered.
