Occasionally, when an audit is performed on your store/cafe, you may receive the following email



This email is to notify you that a task has been assigned to you. These tasks require your attention so it is imperative that they are reviewed and updated accordingly. To see the task, simply click on the "take me to the task" button. 

This will take you to the login screen of FranchiseBlast if you are not currently logged in. If you are logged in, you will be taken directly to the task



In the task window under the Infos tab, you will see the notes/instructions that need your attention. You will also see the Status set as "New". Please set the status accordingly. If the task is complete, please set the status to "Completed" 



You can also add comments and additional notes under the Comments tab. 



Under the documents tab, you can also add pictures/documents to the task



Please note that if you have any tasks that remain open, you will see them in your daily digest until they are set to closed.
