If you are not receiving emails from FranchiseBlast, your proxy may be blocking it. Please contact us so that we can assist in troubleshooting the issue with you. We will investigate on our end to ensure that our email did not bounce and that it was delivered successfully. It has been our experience that if all of our emails were successfully delivered, then it is more than likely due to a proxy issue on the clients' end. In order for our emails to be received, the following needs to be set up on the proxy:
- Whitelisting all of @franchiseblast.com.
- The email used for password recovery and the like is: noreply@franchiseblast.com.
- The email server service we use is Mandrill

We may need to ask you to contact your local IT department to assist with this setup. We can assist them if they need anymore information from us.
