There are a couple of methods to keep track on the status of tasks. 


1) Under Collaboration > Tasks, you can use the filter to view the status of the task, the user it was assigned to and the specific store.



In addition, in the daily digest settings, you can keep track of any overdue tasks by specifying it in under the user settings:
