If you have access to modify a user's account, you can reset their password via the following method:


Go to Administration>Users. In the Users section, choose the account that you would like to reset the password for



On the next screen, go to the password tab. Here you can reset the password using one of two ways: You can send a welcome message which will send an email containing a system generated password. You can also manually assign one if you prefer using the change password section.
