Streamline your reporting and let your organization information flow to the right people effortlessly by sharing a dashboard to a Team. A pretty common scenario is to create a franchisee dashboard and share it with all franchisees. Having a custom “coach” dashboard where they see all of their relevant franchisees is also a popular function for FranchiseBlast users.
To share a dashboard, click on the edit
In the sharing preferences, teams with which a dashboard has already been shared are listed at the top. You can remove the ones you want to revoke dashboard access from by clicking the x button next to the team's name. You can also transfer the ownership of the dashboard to someone else in your organization from there.
To share this dashboard with a new team, simply select the team from the dropdown in the Share With... section and click on Share. Select Make default dashboard if you want this dashboard to be the dashboard one for the people in the team(s) you are sharing it with. People in teams with whom dashboards have been shared with see shared dashboards in their personal dashboard list.
