When a store audit has been completed, as the franchisee, you will receive a system-generated email. 

 


This email will contain information such as your score, location and the auditor who performed the audit. At the bottom, you will see a link to view this audit. Click on this link to open up FranchiseBlast.


You can also navigate to the audits for your locations by going to Field Audits from the main navigation menu on the left.




Once you input your username and password, you will be taken to the audit. Here you can view information such as how you were scored on each criteria, any comments or pictures that were included by the auditor.

 

 

The Action Plan tab contained a streamlined view of all the tasks that were created by the coach for the field audit.  From there, tasks can be marked as completed by changing their status and discussions about these tasks can be had between the coach and the franchisee in the Discussion tab of the task editor drawer, as shown in the illustration above.



From the Discussion tab, all franchisee and coach can have a two-way high-level conversation about the field audit to post any updates on post-audit corrective actions, or to give some kudos!
